Has anyone tried the liquid latex used in theater/movie makeup. I've been pondering it. Wonder if anyone has tried it. The pigments used to create different skin complexions have a more realistic undertone.

Well, I tried it. Many ways; whole area, with and without makeup, patch area, one layer, two layers. It doesn't work. It's shiny. Looks like you have cling wrap on under your wig.
The silicone sheets I have look way better.
ETA: I used a part of my beater, I ain't got no closures. |
What are silicone sheets?

Yeee-up, Sexi's method - silicone scar away sheets. I got the CVS brand, but I may get the good-good now.

I remember trying something similar with acrylic paint in a scalp like shade. It didn't work well because of the finish being too shiny and it being hard to fill the holes w/o it seeping through to the hair.

I tried it, at first it looked wonderful but the silicon is a real pain to take off after you applied it, you need to use a protection because you don't want it to be in contact with you hair, scalp or even your cap, and it's acting up, it melt, migrate...
