>.< I went to sleep before I could give my review on the aphogee two step haha. lol

My hair feels stonger, it dried nice and soft like it always does when I DC with the white camelia. My hair felt a bit dryish this morning though, which I expected since it is a hard protein treatment, I will be doing only moisture DC's for the next few weeks at to not tip the balance further over to protein since I feel like that treatment should last as long as the one I got from the salon when I first got my retouch.

Overall I liked it. =D it's something I could see myself doing atleast once a month, or once every two months.

Hey ladies! I've learnt so much from this thread.
@Joyoyo thnx 4 constantly updating us on ur hair; ur truly an inspirationClap. I'm still natural by the way. After reading reviews n from experience with WN & hearing about Joyoyoyo story I think it's a gina curl that I actually want.  It sounds healthier than the others 2 me. Unfortunately, I do not hav access 2 a gina curlCry

I ordered some samply sized of that Organicals deep conditioning base, and also a sample size of their touchably soft conditioning gel. =D

I starting to wonder if my kinky curly and curling souffle are really all that and a bag chips honestly >.< lol I remember gina styling my hair after my touch up and what she used had a very strong "binding" type of hold that is great for fine hair like hair where you need to have the strands binded slightly to create any type of definition. Also my gels aren't holding up to the humid weather....so I'm on to other options :P lol I can't wait to try out the DC base though ^^ hopefully it works just as well as my WC deep conditioner so I can buy a bulk size and scent many jars of it however I want =D

Wow I just found a really good winning combo of products. I swear everytime I doubt that kinky curly gel I find it works the best when it comes to hold lol. =P

I also started using a leave in under my gels and other styling products - I need the moisture with how hot it's getting.

So the winning combo is simple, just my edge tammy taffy all over my hair, and the kinky curly on top. I get really soft nice full looking curls with this combo.
The pomade I thought would be too thick to use daily or under any product, but it is really good for clumping and binding strands together without leaving my hair oily or sticky like shaping pomades can do.

And then the kinky curly on top is perfect as usual for all day hold and definition.
I love it :D

Man I love clay treatments ^___^

I just did another bentonite clay treatment, and I did one light shampoo to ensure I got all the clay off (last time I had a grittyish feeling of clay on my scalp)

My hair was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo easy to detangle after rinsing the clay, it helps alot with shedding, I had no hairs in my hand as I applied my condiitoner. I just love it.

I am going to order some more bentonite clay, and rhassoul clay and try mixing them.

Right now I am DC'ing with my aphogee two step - and seeing if my moisture DC after this with the WC will combat any morning time dryness I have with this clay. It can be stripping if you don't replenish the moisture I've notice.

But my hair is left so clean, and my conditioners work so much better after. =D

okay so guess treating the clay treatments like a regular shampoo, and DC'ing afterwards like I do with a normal shampoo is the key to keeping that softness it gave me.

My hair is still soft and moist (part of that is probably because it's so damn humid right now also)

=D I am so in love with clay treatments now T.T I can't wait to get some rhassoul clay.

Review / Comparison time :D

My order of the organicals DC, and their hair gel just came in.

So I just got my "touchably soft conditioning gel" base gel from ingredients to die for, it's a complete natural hair gel base, that is simply unscented (which I am happy about since if I love the results I can scent it anyway I want) =D

Anyways the gel is like they described, off white, runnyish...I think it kinda look like a very light runny conditioner actually - more than a gel anyways which usually look like solid jello blocks, or not all the way done jello :P lol

Let me first write about how my other two styling products work on my hair.
I get the most compliments when I kinky curly's curling custard, because of the definition. But I also get the most tangling and dryness by three days or so with using it everyday. Also the most crunch and it is easier for me to use too much of the curling custard than my other gel.

But I do love it, it's like that gel that is always there to save the day on days where my hair and I are just not getting along. =D

Kinky Curly curling custard gets a 9/10 for me just from it's consistency alone.

Next is the Shea Moisture Curling Souffle..

I tried this hoping to get a less expensive, and more product, and still natural gel that was hopefully just like the curling custard only less drying and less expensive :D

I got a light holding, non-clumping....basically moisturizing gel. It's moisturizing but it is basically like a light oil with a gel like consistency. It gives really good shine and everything but not enough hold or definition for wash and gos, I'd use it for hair styles like a puff or something like that where I don't want defined curls, but want moisture and shine I guess.

I like it, but it's not all that amazing honestly.

Shea Moisture Curling souffle gets a 6/10 for me.

Now onto the Touchably Soft Conditioning Gel....

So now looking at the name, I can tell why they call it a conditioning gel, because it is very much like a conditioner that has been mixed with some sort of gel I guess haha.

My hair isn't dry yet so I can't give a full review of the results. Just of the application, and how my hair feels.

The gel has amazing slip, I can't say this about the other two gels. It again, goes on like a conditioner - and it feels slippery enough to detangle with. Keep in mind my hair was already styled and had product applied to it this morning - all I did just a few minutes ago was rinse it with water, my hair still will of course have product residue from days of wash and gos now.

I usually test out gel on not-freshly washed hair because it gives me more honest results then freshly washed, DC, and detangled hair XD lol

Anyways back to the gel, I sectioned my hair in for large sections, applied my shea moisture restorative leave in to each section before applying the gel, the gel encourages clumping like the kinky curly gel, and it also "binds" strands together like I say my pomade does for my hair.

My hair feels good now, not sticky, not crunchy, the gel has hold from what I can tell so far. I will post a pic, and a complete review of it when my hair fully dries.

Okay semi-dry hair.

My hair has dried super super super soft, the results actually remind me of when I use the pomade lol. It's like a thinner version of the pomade maybe haha.

The gel has a good medium, and soft hold - but to really test the hold of a product I need to have it in all day and be outside with it.

But so far, great definition - it seems to give me quite a bit of volume, great shine aswell which I love since usually I need a second product for shine.

I really like this gel, I am going to need to use it outside, and during the day for awhile to see if it is worthy of being my staple gel :D
