Can someone please explain how the net helps the install last longer?

I have used the ones with elastic but they tear apart like a cheap stocking.  Bu the time I take down the install all of my braids are exposed.

i use the sheet. I used the stretch one once and I might as well had not used anything

It holds the braids closer to the scalp.  As it grows out and such the braids don't really sag. It can also be a studier foundation for those who's braids aren't really secure or those with finer hair.

 Its also versatile because you can attach the wefts anywhere there is a net versus only on the braids.

I think someone already mentioned His and Her for the nets with the larger holes. Its been a while since I've ordered nets so I'll have to check. They sell by the hole size.
