I saw a thread about getting from neck length to shoulder length within 3-5 months but none of them put down there regimens on how they done it.

If any of you ladies or gentlemen have been through the process.how did u do it?
What was your regimen?Big%20smile

  6. limited direct heat except for hooded dryer
  7. air dry infront of the fan, then use curling iron on low to straighten
  8. ACV rinses 1 time per week
  9. ayurveda 2 times per week
  10. henna glosses 1 to 2 times per month

yea it took me about 4-5 months...and before i got into bhm...my regimen was simple and not very good (nursing school wouldn't allow for more LOL) - no vitamins or growth aids
washed and DC once a week, blowdry and flatiron (motions -which i no longer use)
moisturized every other day, wrapped hair at night (ors hair lotion i think)
relaxed every 8-10 weeks (whatever was the cheap no lye at the store LOL - now i''ve switched to lye)
kept my hair up in clip
and honestly i was so busy, i didn't even notice my growth
