This damn thread guilt me into trimming tonight. My hair looks better so I'll do them again in the Fall.LOL

I'd say every 3-4months I trim to even my hair out.  About 1 to 2 cm.

my hair starts to fall more, if i don't trim.....that's one thing i've noticed!


the fall decreases when i trim.

3 maybe 4 times a year now.  Last time I trimmed was in January.

Hmm I was over 2 yrs natural before I trimmed and probably won't do it again until next year.

When I feel crunch ends after my weekly deep conditions I trim or actually just dust my ends. When I do my next Upart installation I am going to trim then as well
