oh, that would be so great. Basically, my hair has been growing up and it's pretty unmanageable. I know I have trouble with keeping it conditioned and moisturized but I honestly don't know what to do with it. I basically wear wigs right now and I think it's a shame since my hair is growing now!

Okay, I'm having an information overload! I have chosen to try and transition ONCE again and I don't know where to start! I really don't want to do the big chop because I have been relaxing for so long, I would be close to BALD and I just really don't have the courage to chop so much of my hair off. However, I do plan to cut my hair frequently while I transition. I went for about six months last time and I had major breakage and I just don't know what I was doing wrong. I went for my ends to be trimmed, moisturized frequently, and shampooed every two weeks. Okay, back on topic. My question is where do I begin? My last relaxer was March 14th, and I had a sew in installed the day after. I plan to take out my sew in this weekend to care for my natural hair but where do I begin? To shampoo or co-wash? Hot oil treatment or no hot oil treatment? Deep condition or no deep condition?!! 
Clearly, I'm going crazy over here with all this information on the board so someone PLEASE lead me in the right direction and break it down for me!
