Barbados, and yea I really am. I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to pack up all my stuff now, so not fun lol and the airlines be stingy with how many bags you can take lol. And I'm going for schooling! =D

Haven't been taking any pills, just been doing FSO breast masks before showers and I apply a little more after my shower and I love the new shape my breasts are taking. They are clearly more fuller then before. I still haven't measured...still to cold to the touch. So I'm going by eye.

I'm listening to Binaural Beats now, the girls are responding nicely, I feel heaviness and achiness in my breasts. Just got out the shower and did the FSO breast mask, my breast quickly filled out but I' noticing there rounding out more then they are shooting forward. The last time they were shooting forward more then rounding out and I changed some things up and they rounded out which at first I was excited but now I want them to grow out more. I need to up my estrogen to get them shooting out was even thinking up trying PM in powder form again.

Yesterday was my final day on PM for this three-cycle PM term. Took only one PM pill and today, I will start taking Vitex for the next three days to bring down my estrogen so my body can be signaled to ovulate. Vitex also helps bring up progesterone which reigns in ovulation and the luteal phase. Vitex is also great for balancing hormones because it nourishes the endocrine system, but Vitex usually helps bring up progesterone because of how exposed to estrogen we are in our daily diet. Let's see.. Since this is the final cycle in this three month term, I will be doing a 7-day milk thistle cleanse one week before my next menses to help flush the excess hormones my liver may have built up. I also will not be taking PM in my next cycle so I can do the one month break. A one month break and milk thistle cleanse should have my body prepared for another round in January. See you ladies then! My boobs have undoubtedly gotten bigger and fuller and even a special friend has noticed on his own.  I've noticed that even though my boobs definitely grow in my follicular phase thanks to the PM, they really SWELL in the luteal phase and it gets bigger every cycle.

So I've had to up my doses of the supplements I'm taking because I won't be able to take them with me in my move. And so far my breasts have just filled out and rounded out so much. I love the heaviness aswell! I'm still using FSO as well, but I just added muscle rub (gasp I know lol) but I was in my herb store and in the sexual performance isle they has a bust enhancing cream but is was practically muscle rub so i bought the muscle rub instead.
It helps boost circulation to the breasts and swells them up which should eventually lead to growth. I'm going to try it out for a week and see of it goes. I lowkey like the cold/hot feeling on my breasts/nipples and when I blow on them it's (wow weeeeeee) =D Plus I've been listening to my breast hypnosis and that's helping me as well! =D

I stopped doing the FSO massage and my boobs shrunk back to what they were.....32B bras even fit me now!

Can somebody put up some info how to measure your breast because some of these websites are confusing me, I thought i had A boobs but some of these sites telling me I have C's and I know I don't my boobs are way too small. I'm so confused. Maybe my ribcage is bigger or back fat or something  I did put on alot of weight..none went to my boobs tho,
