girl go to planned parenthood or any family planning clinic. But im guessing if it's not a blood clot then probably a pinched nerve, or sciatica? You've probably heard of it, it can cause unexplainable pain in your legs and back. i dont feel right offering any advice i just hope you will follow your instinct and not pay the ultimate price (your well-being, health, ability to care for yourself aka wipe your own ass and dress/ bathe yourself ) if anything you at least need a damn DR checkup ! :-) hopefully there are some sliding scale clinics near you, i dont think many young ppl (myself included) have health insurance nowadays

i would just stick with any oil/ lotion and massage, not sure how many girls have tried fish oil on their chest ( i think the smell would be a little overwhelming too).

Well, it's definitely not either of those things. It's not like tingling or numbness, more like pain like someone's stabbing me in the vein. It feels exactly like a Charley Horse but...it happens during the day and sometimes doesn't go away...and it's always the same exact spot... *sigh* I have "health insurance" (or what the state of MD likes to call their free coverage), but I just don't trust doctors anymore. So far in my life, every doctor I've been to has either not even tried to figure out my problem or just made it so much worse. My pediatrician when I was 5 tried to tell me my chronic migraines were caused by a type of cheese and chocolate allergy, two things I rarely ever ate. HMM, THIS YOUNG CHILD IS HAVING MIGRAINES EVERY DAY OF HER LIFE. I THINK I'LL NOT LOOK AT HER AND JUST MAKE A RANDOM GUESS. THAT WILL HELP HER LIVE HER LIFE. I've gotten pretty far on my own these past few years self diagnosing and treating with online research. I know it cant' help everything, but it's a lot better than any doctor that would actually accept my poor excuse for health insurance. LOL

yes im a DIYer to the core too, especially with health. Had the misfortune of dealing with 2 family members die within a year in the same hospital due to medical negligence. I feel your lack of trust girl :,( but if something is threatening your life, google will only take you so far! It's really unfortunate that you have to just hope the dr you go to will make the right decision, but you may get lucky and find someone who really cares and can help. Which is why i suggest family planning clinics, they may take your situation more serious b/c they deal with females and hormone issues all day. Or call your insurance and see if they have a list of Doctors in your area that they cover, so you can switch to someone else. Im not sure what the laws are in Maryland, but i think anyone with insurance has the choice to change DR's. Any discoloration or swelling in that leg too? heehee nice family guy gif btw<33

^ LOL It was the easiest way to describe what I'm feeling xD Wish I could have found a better gif of that scene, but it gets the point across. There's no swelling or anything, but I've looked before and those side effects don't necessarily show up...so idk...maybe that's something that happens when it gets more severe... I know there are doctors that PAC will cover, it's just...that...they all suck...and half the doctors they list as accepting my insurance...don't actually accept it. Fail. I might look into a family planning clinic like you mentioned, but I used to go to the Health Department before for birth control and they didn't even know any of the possible side effects of BC or how it worked...they carried around birth control handbooks...which is obviously how I was given BC that wrecked my hormonal system (even more than it already is on its own). I'm sorry to hear about your family members that died. That sort of thing is so hard to deal with on its own, but to know that it's caused by simple negligence...That's such a shame. If I were in your situation, I would probably perform my own surgeries just to stay away from hospitals! Haha I've started getting some weird breast pains now. Before, when I got my growing pains, it was allover tenderness and pain. But lately, I've been getting sharp, small, specific pains, usually in just one breast at a time. Strange how different herbs can cause such different reactions. I suppose it's still early, and the pains could evolve again later on and feel completely different. Time will tell. :) I'm just excited that my breasts are still swelling.

So I made a breast mask tonight and applied it.
3 1/2 tbsp of whole grain oats blended into a powder 510mg of Fenugreek 480mg of Fennel 500mg of Saw Palmetto All of this in powder form was mixed with cocoa butter lotion and a half cap full of flaxseed oil and 3 tsps of water to loosen the texture up a bit.
I left it on for about 15 minutes and now I' about to wipe it off. But I will say that it gave me a small, tad bit of fullest and my breats is a BIT bigger but not by much to make a real difference. So hopefully it keeps up. Who knows. lol |
mmmm sounds interesting. I need to buy something to blend it into a powder. My blender won't do that I started the flaxseed oil massage two nights ago and by the end of the first massage my breasts felt fuller. Today they still look great, as if they had gained some "body" because my cleavage does look muuuch nicer. I have small breasts and they were always firm and round and perky but after this massage - damn! - they look better. I only did for 5 minutes at night. Hopefully I will grew a few cups too.. I read on Emily's blog that she was 34.5" when she started and went up to 38"! I'm not taking the vitamins Emily was taking though.

@Natty, damn what the hell is wrong with the healthcare system in America (probably everywhere except canada and uk, and other random places in europe) its like the doctors purposefully dont give a fuk My mom is a really dedicated RN, and in her own redneck terms says there are a lot of "wash-n-go" doctors/nurses that do the minimal training in a really short amount of time (all those get your LVN/PA degree in 12 month classes) and go into the field unprepared and making crappy decisions. Im not making a broad judgement on everyone in healthcare, there are just as many who are GOOD at what they do. Just sucks so many of us have to deal with the complete opposite

^ LOL YES!!!! They need to get a lot more strict on those in the medical field, do something to keep them practicing properly. My friend's "discount doctor" won't believe her that there are saliva tests for hypothyroidism! When she asked for one of those tests, she told her straight out, "No, because I've never heard of one." =___=
Well, as far as NBE goes, my first month of PM has made my nipples sensative! I've never had sensitive nipples, but for some reason, even after all my other NBE, THIS is what I've needed to activate the sensitivity! It feels so strange! I start my 5-day break tomorrow, but I can't wait to continue on PM next month! :D Also, my blood clot pain has disappeared again (for now), and never got too severe, so I think I'll be ok (when I started NBE, it got so bad I couldn't even stretch my legs).
Also, I bought Supple Nipps online today. I'm confident they'll really help enlarge my nipples. Right now, they're almost flat and tiny. I'm hoping a bigger nipple will also help distract away from my puffy areolas. >.< I'm sad that I'll have to take my nipple piercings out for this, but I need to get them re-pierced eventually anyway, as NBE alone has helped make my nipples a little bit larger, and now the piercing is in the middle of my nipple rather than at the base (although it's barely noticeable because of how small my nips are LOL). ^^;

I'm going to be doing a cleanse soon with bentonite clay, acv and stuff while also taking chasteberry puring my period. So when I start my third round of rounds, my systems will be flush and hopefully respond alot better. If not then I'll stop a few months and just do flax seed oil breast masks to keep my progress and then start again. I'm moving out of the country this December to the islands so I'm actually hoping I'll find some rare and exotic and new things down there that might help me in breasts/butt.
