i've been using it for 2 weeks 30 minutes a day. They've gotten firmer and thats about the only thing it will do. I also tried it on my butt and the next day it felt like i had a good workout the day before 
Are you familiar with the abtronic? it kinda feels like that.

I've been noogling constantly since the beginning of the month. If I miss a day I noogle for 2 hours instead of 1 hour. I love it because I get a lot of swelling and I'm growing. I also massage with flaxseed oil. I might get the electric breast massager to keep it on while I'm sleeping because I can't snoogle, and this girl on googleberry said she grew one or two cup sizes by having her bf massage her breast for two hours. I believe massaging for a long period of time plus noogleberry gives faster results.

everybody is using the noogleberry.... well, i am still doing the chi massage. i took a break for a week and the results remained, so i am still doing it, sometimes 400-500 rotations instead of the usual 360. i think rotations is the word used, not sure  i will restart on pueraria mirifica in 2 weeks.

I'm still slowly swelling. Hopefully it stays after my next cycle starts. xP Can't wait to start two weeks of PM next month instead of one. Also, if this colon cleanse I'm working on clears me out, I think everything I'm taking will work sooooo much better.

Im in the process of losing weight (lost 20 lbs since summer) and ALL my boobie progress is still here ! I actually havent even noogled or massaged in a couple weeks :/ im def losing weight on my chest b/c my ribcage is starting to show, but my boobs are the same kinda fullness and they actually feel bigger now (even tho they arent) because the rest of me is smaller! Yaaaaaaay. I guess all my hardwork is now "permanent growth". Gotdamn im glad i nvr got implants like 2 yrs ago before i found BHM ! :-)

Fyi to anyone reading, the main things i used for Breast growth, is noogleberry and Pueraria Mirifica and fixing my diet so hormones are naturally balanced

Hey Babygurl2012 what cup size where you when you started and what cup size are you now, and how long did it take you to be your current size. I got to 34.5 inches by massage alone and I use to be 31 inches,I'm still an a cup but look bigger then I was. I started noogling consistently this month and I massage twice a day. I have pm and plan on cycling it and using mexican wild yam on my luteal phase.

I actually went from an A to C/D cup this year :D i started my reg last february. Im inconsistent with PM and NB but sporadically using them both gave my lil boobies the boost they needed. Congrats on your growth to that is amazing :-) !!!!!! Massage is such a good choice, it stimulates breast growth hormones naturally
Last note: i dont cycle pm and have no problems, dont be scared to take it all month if it feels right, pm is strong but at the end of the day its still just a health supplement and has been taken for generations by all groups of ppl
