Before I used to wear 34B I was spilling out(but for cleavage was good) so now I now I wear 34C. I measure 33.5 across the nipple. Still look small to me. I think I'm a C cup but deflated. The noogleberrry and PM should wake them up. Fat on top and breast at the bottom weird looking to me

I feel like this chi massage isn't working at all...
I restarted PM yesterday but only 500mg a day.
I will stop when my period starts. Trying to see if I get the same results as the first time I started.

side note started noogling again and am also using fenugreek and saw palmetto. been 2 weeks now and boobs are perking up not measuring till saturday so we'll see if any growth but did the pencil test it dropped with the right boob the left still needs more time that's was always the favorite of my kids during breastfeeding

I couldnt post it from my phone but itll be up here today. and ive been researching noogleberry success stories a lot they all have one thing in common, regular noogling and give it at least a year. But you know what, they few ppl who stuck with it and noogled everyday for a whole year ended up with Ds. Lol i'll post the 2 stories i found with the video. One of the users who grew from like an A to D said you wont notice protruding growth right away, but youll see your boobies are fuller and rounder. If it helps you to visualize it, the NB is encouraging existing breast cells to divide and also for capillaries and breast tissue to stretch out and keep dividing/ growing. So IMO the kind of growth you get from NB wont be like sudden weight gain, itll be a slow but steady and fruitful process!
