Hi! I bought the nature's answer from amazon.com I open the capsules and put them into fruit juice. I took maca for about one or two months before i took pm and stopped while taking pm. It has 60 capsules and it says to take one a day. |
I did not see your reply, my apologies! You know, I've heard of that brand, but it seems like the PM that company farms is not PM suited for genuine breast growth. You'll need PM of a higher quality, although that brand will supply you with the basic nutritional benefits PM has. Basically, I would not use that brand for breast growth, but would recommend it as a supplement for health in general.
There is a specific estrogenic component of PM that provides breast growth, I can't remember the name too well, it might be miroestrol but I could be incorrect- I'll look up the information later  , and higher quality PM has higher quantities of this. Lower quality PM will have its basic benefits but will be low in that component so they won't do much on the breast growth scale.

Its my third week on it and i honestly dont feel it working :( While i took maca and fenugreek i saw changes by the second third week! This taking longer. What brand do you use? While researching i read to stay away from natrol. Also, saw palmetto does increase breast size, so im unsure ti take it while taking pm.

I am doing both to see what I get from that. I am using flax seed oil to help but I noticed that too much makes it harder to do it. I'll restart taking pm pretty soon too.

ETA: I've sent an email asking them to take my picture off of their site, if they don't do so, I've already called and contacted my lawyer...my cousin lol and she says that I have the copyrights to any photos of me and that the site would have to have a signed released form in order to place it on their site and that if a site steals them and distribute them [like they're doing now] then this is against the law and I can sue in small claims court for punitive damages [since she's using my photo to sell a product] and some other counts idk, I would looooooooove not to go through all that but I don't want them misrepresenting me either...
Before that though, I'll ask the host site to take down her site as she's breaking the law. I mean tbh I don't even think it'll get that far.
