I did not see your reply, my apologies! You know, I've heard of that brand, but it seems like the PM that company farms is not PM suited for genuine breast growth. You'll need PM of a higher quality, although that brand will supply you with the basic nutritional benefits PM has. Basically, I would not use that brand for breast growth, but would recommend it as a supplement for health in general.

There is a specific estrogenic component of PM that provides breast growth, I can't remember the name too well, it might be miroestrol but I could be incorrect- I'll look up the information later , and higher quality PM has higher quantities of this. Lower quality PM will have its basic benefits but will be low in that component so they won't do much on the breast growth scale.

ok confused now cause on her site it says it BETTER to combine PM with other phytoestrogens like fenugreek and saw palmetto i thought that was a no no

So I just made my lotion with FO instead of FSO and used it on my butt and it absorbed right away and there was no fishy smell:)

You can take it with maca and/or saw palmeto since those aren't phytoestrogens
