yes benecalorie is a little expensive but im going to get mine from ebay where they sell them in a 24 pack i found some one selling them for 15 dollars or you can go to--[URL=http://http://www.nestle-nutrition.com/products i tried making it clickable but wouldnt work they have alot of boost products for helping with weight. and as far as the benecalorie tasting nasty idk but one girl took it and she said if you mix it in cramberry juice it will taste good or mix it in milk(like in a blender im thinking) shes about 5'7 or 5'8 she started very small i think around 130 maybe and now shes 140 working on 150 she looks pretty good.

Congrats on your progress Angel! I agree with you. There are far too many people relying on shakes and supps.
I'm broke like 24/7 so I used to think well damn I'll never be able to gain weight lol. But I started my weight gain journey couple days ago consuming 2700 calories without any supplements or shakes. I will be buying a weight gainer eventually after I get my whole diet down packed.
My go to foods are pasta, nutella, almonds and potatoes. With my meals I add a lot of extras like boiled eggs, salads with toppings and dressing and dips to help me reach my goal.
I use this calorie counter app called mynetdiary and I realized that before I started I was only eating like 1000 calories!!
I really don't have much of an appetite sometimes but exercising helps a lot , I stick to weight training and limit cardio to 5 mins (warm up) since I dont want to lose the calories I eat.
Ill be definitely trying Beefcake shake that price is right up my alley and I've been looking for a meal replacer shake. I've drank boost in the past and thought about buying it again but I think with this I'd get more for what I pay for. Thanks girl!

im stick ass skinny and am working on gaining weight. skinny enough that
when i sit on a hard seat my hip bones get sore cause there is no booty
back there! im writing this to help others avoid the mistakes i made so
they arent giving up like i did and then starting all over.
first
weight gainer i bought was planet ayurveda and i didnt have much help i
sort of saw the pills and thought i can do this. i weighed myself each
week and went to the gym and took protein shakes 3 times a day and ate.
by the time the pills ran out i had lost .3 pounds. i had spent 4 weeks
trying to gain weight and the end result was i lost weight :( i gave up
and it was a hard time i thought i would always be skinny. didnt help
that i was teased at school.
fast forward to today and i have
found a new friend at a gym that is helping me understand the weight
gain process and its not as easy as i thought. so first thing that help
sis find a friend to teach you or at least work with you to help you.
dont
spend all your money on supplements. i see some girls spending hundreds
each month on supplements to gain weight. all you need is a weight
gainer, protein, and some creativity in the kitchen. For me I chose
protein factory's beefcake mix for my protein shake mix and i use now
foods digective aids to help eliminate any chance of gas. i always add
frozen berries to it and sometimes yogurt or almond butter.
my
friend recommended nutruvian body mass weight gainer to help me eat
enough and slow my metabolism down. the other reason she recommended it
was her brother is a fireman and is on the skinny side. he not only
gained weight but followed the exercise program and now his whole fire
team uses the program!
using nutruvian and protein factory and
following the workout its been less than 7 days and I am up almost 2 lbs
and that was weighing myself in the morning after going to the potty!
at this rate by mid march i will have gained around 8 pounds!

Ugh had a whole thing typed and it gave me an error deleted it!
ive
been really impressed with the beefcake shake mix so far. im like you
trying to keep things on a budget. thats one of the things im liking so
much about nutruvian. im only using one dropper three times a day and im
getting great results. they say use two droppers three times a day but
one dropper three times a day is working great! i weighed myself today
and im up 3.1 lbs :)
if you like pizza buy digno and while its
frozen cut it up then you can keep it forzen and make one piece at a
time. some of them are 400 to 500 calories in a slice! i bought a few
on sale and when i cut them up each piece costs about .80 centz!
