I said this in my original post, but ladies, stay consistent!! I am extremely anal when it comes to my training. The only times I missed a workout was due to me twisting my ankle doing step aerobics . Outside of that I've never missed one day (I workout 5-6 days a week). I know we get busy in life, but it's important that you always carve out time for YOU! I work full time and have a 6 year old and I'm a single parent, but I still made/make the time for ME to get my workout's in. I do my cardio in the morning before work, and I hit the gym to lift at night. I live by the rule of NO EXCUSES!! If you want it bad enough, you will make a way. There have been days where I've been tired and didn't want to get up early in the morning or go to the gym after work, but I sucked it up and went. Don't fall for the fad's and the quick fixes to lose weight. Damn a pill that will make you not hungry so you lose weight or injecting yourself with hormones eating 200 cals a day , LOL. I LIKES to eat, and I am able to enjoy food (clean) and still transorm my body. I hope this helps some in their journey to weight loss/transforming their body. If I can do it, ANYONE can do it!!
| This is EXACTLY what I needed to hear! Thank you! I fell off pretty bad with my eating and working out with the holidays and I'm having a hard time getting back on track. I've found inspiration from your post last summer but I hadn't been on the forum in a while and this is one of the first things that I see. Must be a sign! I am a fairly new mom and I'm working full time and going to school and having a hard time trying to find the time and energy to work out and felt like I just couldn't do it but I think you put me in my place LOL. No excuses! Either I want it bad or I don't. If I do I better shut up and get busy! Thanks for this post!!

You are very welcome!! Getting back started can be very hard . . But you have to push past that. You are exactly right!! Either you want it bad enough or you don't. Where there is a will, you WILL find a way. I wish you the best of luck!! You got this!!

Girl, you continue to inspire us! I would kill for your body! You look so fantastic!
You really are one of my biggest inspirations in my quest for curves. When I'm at the gym, I keep thinking of results like yours, and it helps push me to finish my last set on a machine. THIS is the reason I keep pushing myself with the Smith machine! I want curves like yours by summer! (I know I won't have results like yours by then, if ever, but I like to dream!)

Awww, much appreciated!! Keep at it, you will get there. I would suggest coming off of the smith machine if you can and using the squat rack. It is WAY molre effective then the smith machine

WOW!!! weavequeen83 Congrats on your progress you look amazing What competition are you doing? I'm training for a figure competition in Los Angeles. Everything
you said about diet is spot on. You can do cardio for hours but if you
eat poorly you will never see a change. I've seen alot of people
transform from their diet alone and then when they incorporated fitness,
they took their bodies to a whole other level.
