Wow, Wow, Wow....I'm speechless and so motivated by your progress. We have similar body types.
Just last night I was ready to throw in the towel due to frustration and lack of motivation  . My daughter would like to join a gym but I told her it wasn't necessary. Your pics are making me eat those words. I'm going to join with her.
Do you have any YT videos? I would love to follow your workouts.

This may seem like a weird question... but where do corsets fit in as far as intimacy goes? I feel like that's a lot of rearranging. And you do sleep in yours right?

I LIKES to eat, and I am able to enjoy food (clean) and still transorm my body. I hope this helps some in their journey to weight loss/transforming their body. If I can do it, ANYONE can do it!!

 Well said; I often don't feel like hitting the gym but I do because I have to but what you wrote about living by the rule of no excuses hit me hard....Thank you!!!
