Yup. I dropped the squeem back in Aug/Sept of last year. The XS no longer really fit, and there wasn't a difference b/w me wearing it and not wearing it. I've gone down in corsets. In a 20" now. My goal is 23inch waist

Now that I looked at your older thread, I realized I have seen you before...in here lol What is your measurements now? Are you still waist training? I read on the other one that you started wearing a squeem in January last year.

I said this in my original post, but ladies, stay consistent!! I am extremely anal when it comes to my training. The only times I missed a workout was due to me twisting my ankle doing step aerobics . Outside of that I've never missed one day (I workout 5-6 days a week). I know we get busy in life, but it's important that you always carve out time for YOU! I work full time and have a 6 year old and I'm a single parent, but I still made/make the time for ME to get my workout's in. I do my cardio in the morning before work, and I hit the gym to lift at night. I live by the rule of NO EXCUSES!! If you want it bad enough, you will make a way. There have been days where I've been tired and didn't want to get up early in the morning or go to the gym after work, but I sucked it up and went. Don't fall for the fad's and the quick fixes to lose weight. Damn a pill that will make you not hungry so you lose weight or injecting yourself with hormones eating 200 cals a day , LOL. I LIKES to eat, and I am able to enjoy food (clean) and still transorm my body. I hope this helps some in their journey to weight loss/transforming their body. If I can do it, ANYONE can do it!!

@weavequeen83- you look great girl, glad to see someone else hitting the weights hard. I'm trying to get my waist down I love to eat lol so cardio is a must for me. 36-29-43, what type of corset do you use I've been looking into corset training, but between waist cinchers and corsets idk where to start.

Thank you I LOVE cardio. It gets my day started, HOWEVER, I don't need to do as much cardio as I do. Keep in mind that you can't out train a bad diet . Dropping that fat comes from your DIET, not doing a $hit load of cardio. I started with a leather underbust tear drop corset. I stayed in that corset for almost a year. I had to retire it about amonth ago, and now I use a waist cincher type of corset (made of satin) I prefer the tear drop over the waist cincher. I complained in previouse posts about how the tear drop wasn't as comfortable, but honestly I got use to the coverage it gave. I am going to purchase another one soon (tear drop underbust). By waist cinchers, do you mean a compression garment?? Because there is a big difference b/w the two.

I eat a clean diet lol I just have a crazy high metabolism. I think I just need more core training, my worst enemy lol. Yea a compression garment I used to have a vedette it worked but idk why I stopped using it. I think I'm just gonna try the corset now.
