My Progress Over a Year . . .

Hey Ladies . . It's been FOREVER since I've been on here. I let myself go pretty bad and finally got it together a year ago. I created a post back in the summer showing the progress I had made, and I wanted to update with where I am at now since it's been a year.  I've been going strong (diet and in the gym) , and I'm going to be competing this year . I have a powerlifting meet coming up in April. I'll be doing figure towards the end of the year.  I've lost 40lbs over the course of this past year (I still have a ways to diet down for figure.  I have a GOOD amount of muscle, I am very solid, but I still need to come down some more.  However, for right now my focus is on my meet in the spring)

I didn’t do anything crazy.  I maintained (still maintain) a GOOD diet (no appetite suppressants or crazy a$$ fad diets) and I worked out hard in the gym! 

CONSISTENCY, CONSISTENCY, CONSISTENCY!!!! This will get you to where ever you want to be physically. Rome wasn't built over night, so expecting miracles to happen in the same time frame is ridiculous
