Hi, I'm: McWifey
I love: TWIST-OUTS, olive oil, HENNA, UBH conditioner and Fruit of the earth aloe vera gel
My Splurge is: UBH deep conditioner. It's 32 dollars for the large size, but it is the best protein conditioner I have ever used (on my relaxed hair or my natural hair) and it lasts forever since I only use it bi-weekly.
My Cheap Fix is: spraying my day old twist out with water until it's dripping, then re-twisting my entire head with gel, instead of washing it and starting all over again. It saves time and looks just as good as a twist out done on freshly washed hair.
I don't get why ladies love: constantly using heat! There are so many awesome styles that can be done with no heat.
My little Secret is: I wish relaxers didn't exist and everyone would be forced to go natural. I am convinced that most of us would find that we LOVE our hair and that is is manageable and generally awesome.
I want to try: indigo. I bought some from the site Nike recommended MONTHS ago, but I keep putting it off. It seems daunting to henna for several hours, then turn around and put indigo in and leave that for an hour minimum, them shampoo and style my hair. Yet I don't wanna dye it with a commercial dye....I can't anyway being pregnant. So I have nearly 6 inches of henna dyed roots. It looks cool, but I love jet blk hair and my hair is naturally really blk.

Hi, I'm: Yaya
I love: Keeping it as simple as possible
My Splurge is: Joico KPak Recontruct Conditioner. Its the best protein conditioner for my hair.
My Cheap Fix is: VO5 all day.
I don't get why ladies love: Really expensive brands (IE Carol’s Daughter, MissJessie etc) that are targeted to natural hair. I WAS a PJ for a few years, and trust me, they are overhyped. Its quite sad actually how those companies target the unknowing.
My little Secret is: Leave it the heck alone!! I got from bc (less that 1 inch of hair) to BSB in 2 years by wigging it while still DC’ing weekly and moisturizing and sealing.
I want to try: Only having 5 items in my stash once I’m out of the mini beauty supply store under my bathroom sink
I even have a tentative gameplan: 1) Elasta QP shampoo 2) Garnier Fructis sleek n shine conditioner 3) VO5 conditioner 4) Distilled water 5) My oils. I have a few faves that I will keep. a)JBCO b)Crisco oil c)Apricot kernel oil d)tea tree oil e)peppermint oil

This is fun
Hi, I'm: BunnieHoney I love: ayurvedic herbs, deep conditoners, henna, box color, oils, twists, buns, and big hair My Splurge is: hair toys My Cheap Fix is: cholesterol conditioners I don't get why ladies love: compare their manes to others. Love your hair for what it will do and not what it can't or is not willing to do My little Secret is: When I have a stressfull day, I come home mix my DC up and slap it on my head with a plastic cap for about an hour...it's a pacifier for me I want to try: to twist my hair and leave it alone for a month...no dc...just rinse with water and go..a twist and go...
