Okk. Sorry! I had written a whole pg and the forum denied it, so I wanted to see if it works now. Anywho!!! My journey began in Dec 2010 and until the present day I am still working on it. Many of you guys will def remember me. Here are my pics w my measurements as well.

-Maca root
-Tonalin CLA (belly fat)
-Gingseng (weight gain pill)
Basically
for a whole year it was a trial and error, trying to figure out which
supplements and products would work for me. As of now I only use maca
500mg and tonalin cla 1000mg. The boost of my growth was def ginseng
which made me gain 2 inches in about one month...but!! I gained weight
everywhere else as well, which it took me 3 months to lose my pouch.
Fortunately with weight lifting and cardio I gained 1/2 in in my booty
and lost almost 2inches in my stomach. So with that said,,, keep in mind
this process is at times frustrating and money lost as well. Please

 congrats mama keep up the hard work. I can definitely see the difference in your rump. Maca and CLA are my favorites and reminds that I need to get back to them.

I purchased this maca one monthe ago, since I was losing the booty w so much college stress! lol and wooooowww.... one whole inch in a month. Best maca I've had.

I definitely see the difference but couldn't this just be natural weight gain since it was over the course of two years?

@csungrl09- Before I started to utilize maca, I would only gain in my belly. I had to balance my hormones in order for this to work. I was estrogen dominant so I could never gain in my lower half.

Did you see any cup size increase as well? You mentioned you were a 34 but didn't mention the cup size...

you are so adorable mamadrea, that's great that maca is working well for you  glad to read your title too, i have only gained about an inch in a whole year and i think its good to tell other girls that too! Its a lengthy, time-consuming process but your booty is the biggest muscle in your body and takes awhile to change the shape . Keep it up and just think of how good you'll look in another year (it helps me to think back on how i looked last year, and then imagine what next year will be like)! Thinking long-term puts all this hard work into perspective   Best wishes and happy holidays |

@sexyandfamous- at the beginning i was a 34C but increasing weight as well as taking saw palmetto made me increase one more cup: 34D :( It may be great for some of u ladies out there, but for me i hated it. Slowly I have been learning to accept it and love it.
@Babygurl2010- Thaank youuu mama! it's def been a process, but like u said, I look back on how far I've came to and keep pushing! that's the trick. Keep yourself motivated ladies and you'll start seeing results! <3
