You cant really get an accurate answer with those pics. Your hair looks to be straight or something like its been in a bun for a while or blown out. I can't see any curls at all. It would be best if you wash your hair and do a wash and go with your gel of choice to define the curls you have. Wait for it to dry fully and then take pics. If your hair looks similar to those pics when in a wash and go then you have 4b hair.

You need pics of you hair fresh out the shower and unmanipulated and free of product, maybe just a light finger combing. All I can guess from these pics is that you are a type 4.

@ OP... You may have to wash your hair and look at the curl pattern or lack there of. Do you see curls, s patterns, z patterns, kinks, ringlets, etc. . . also, chemical or heat damage can change the pattern of your hair. So when you go to take your second round of pictures, try to find a piece thats undisturbed lol.
@skin care: clarify, then deep condition. everyone's hair wont be "silky". its all about trial and error to find products/regimen that works for you.

Looks like 4b but it could be different, I agree with the other comments regarding taking a picture where the hair texture is unmanipulated.
