I put a perm last week I haven't wash it out yet because I know my hair gets hard when I do but I am going to today. Since its been 9 days since I put my relaxer in I have been natural for almost two years and its my first perm in awhile. So I want to know what to do to moisturize it I been pulling my hair in a pony tail or even when I let them down I pull my hair and its shedding I wonder what I can do about that? My ends are so dry but the top part is moisturized.  What products or system should I be doing now that put a perm?

well just make sure you keep your ends moisturized.
if you take a look into the hair growth section you will see some relaxed ladies with long hair, some have fotkis and you can look at their regi.

i know alot of ladies co-wash in between shampoos
also i recomment herbal essences long term relationship leave in for moisturizing, use it on the last few inches of your hair and seal with an oil or grease of your choice dependin on what your hair likes.

i dont co-wash because i would have to flat iron sooner than 10-14 days and well i dont like usin heat that often, so i prepoo my ends with a deep conditioner before shampooing then deep condition and my ends like it.
i moisturize once betweem washes with he ltr, relaxed ladies use it as well!!!

I had the same problem after I relaxed in May. I did a BC and remained natural up until that time. What helps my dry ends is Infusium 23 Moisture-for dry chemically treated hair. It works wonders.

Dry hair normally=more mositure.

Moisturize daily...try carefree curl...it works wonders and hair becomes very soft. And make sure to seal in the moisture with coconut oil. For shedding try crushing up fresh garlic and add it to your conditioner. Garlic eliminates shedding and breakage!!!! Good Luck!
