Don't wait - contact your doctor ASAP. If you have just finished seeing your period and you had a 2nd flow it could be a bad/important sign. You could have bruised/ruptured something. GO SEE YOUR DR AND TELL HIM YOU CORSET!

I hope you have gone or are going to the doctor. I was considering corsetting for waist trianing but not if that will happen. But it sounds like a rare ocurrence, I recently started researching corsetting and I haven't heard of this problem. Keep us posted.

How are you in the iron department? I had this happen. I wasn't waist training. I was so very tired all the time. I had my cycle come back after a week. Once I started taking iron it was ok. Maybe visit the doc and have a checkup. They can check you out. Hope you're ok. Don't want a repeat.

what site did you get your corset from? on another note. I have done corseting alot and never had this problem until I got pregnant. GO TO THE DOCTOR! My sister also does corseting she thought she was pregnant just like me turns out she had fibroids. Also some time when you think you have finished a period you really haven't and it slacks off like its gone off but it hasn't it come back and runs alittle longer then normal this can be due to stress fatigue, malnutrition, ect.. Bottom line seek help. This is not normal and you should never pull your corset too tight.. Just my 2 cents.. I wish you the best of luck!

Ok, I'm alive. I had some blood work done. I'm anemic so I'm currenting taking some iron. I was taking spoonfuls of Black Strap Molasses and noticed I was bleeding again but ever so lightly. Like not enough to have a full blown period. I'm now healthy enough that I can get a pap. So wish me luck. And thank you all for of course saying "Go to the doctor." I went to my school's student health center and they gave me unbelievable examination and time. Had to wait for money to do any of this though but I'm good. Thanks. Also I've noticed my appetite had changed over that period. I've become a less frequent red meat eater now. So Hmmm...

If you have a problem with your corset or waistbands digging into your uterine area, what I would do is buy an elongated corset that COVERS that area instead of digging into it! Sounds painful!! Those are the ones I have worn years ago.

It sounds like you often get spotting due to moving into the "wrong"positions, or wearing tight waistbands. Is that right, or am I misunderstanding you? If it is, than you need to know that it's not normal, and you might have cysts. I don't want to repeat everyone else, but they're right. Get to a gyno asap!

One more thing. It's very worthwhile to get a quality, steel boned corset, exactly like the ones they wore in the 19th century. Just because a corset has metal boning doesn't mean it's the real deal. Corset Heaven and the Axford Corset site have some really awesome ones. Some people will need to go a step beyond that, and get their corset custom made. Maybe you already own a great corset. I don't know.
