naw, I had to stop, my job schedules me for all kinda crazy hours so i could never get a fixed workout plan...i still have my baby abs and when i do a few crunches they pop out, ill be going to a summer program and they have a fully loaded gym so im waiting till then, ill prolly just do a few crunches andother things two weeks before i go....and i might gotta buy me that Brazillian Booty Jelly too lol

I'm ordering some supplements to take while I exercise...I'm going to try that regiment that the girl gained 10" in 6 months. I think if I stick to just 4 basic butt building exercises like she did I should be good. I'm also going to be ordering the pills list...not exactly the same but meh like maybe half of it is the same, the other is my own mix. I've been walking and while it's helping my butt be all peach juicy I need to do more. I haven't properly exercised in about a week now. So I'm getting back into it while I wait for my pills.

yea, thats her name, forgot it. im just pick four basic exercises and stick to them and the pill reggie....and when i get to lazy, i just [don't laugh] do butt lifts...which basically look like your humping the bed, except you not allowed to put your hips down...thats my go to lazy exercise. i do it when im listening to music and bam booty workout llai but ima try sticking to my regulars though...

Gotta good booty workout today but I didn't really want to. I walked a few miles. I'm on rest mode from yesterday. I'll start back up Monday though. My exercise days will be Monday and Wednesday. 2x a week, 4 basic exercises. I will say this though, I'm resting right now and my butt is really looking good from that workout yesterday. =)

probably just booty pop today. my butt is bigger, its filling and spilling out of my hands. im getting weights soon too, already ordered my pills and ive upped my protein content by alot!! i get alot og grams perday now.
