soooo I've just gotten off a 21 day detox which I cut out all meat, sugar and bread

it was rough but my tummy is really flat now but I've also now lost an inch off my butt and thighs and about 5lbs. so i'm back on the gain weight and booty train. my new regi is gonna be:
Workout:
3x20 pushups
3x20 tricep dips
3x20 butt bridge
February squat challenge(day 1 starts at 55)
these are all body weight workouts twice a week except the squats which are basically everyday
stomach vaccums daily and saran wrap with coconut oil for smaller waist
Supplements:
2 fenugreek 3xday
1 saw palmetto 3xday
paba, multivitamin, vitamin c,d and fish oil all once a day
high calorie protein shake at night with periactin
i'm also trying to noogle consistently again
my goal now is to have full c/d cups
25 inch waist
24 inch thighs
41 inch booty
