Thanks. I started the stomach vacuum my belly hurtsally especially when I sneeze, but it doesn't go completely flat as I saw on youtube. How did you know that you were'r doing them right?

it may not go completely flat for someone starting out.

once you are pulling in your belly button as far as you can without holding breath then you're doing them right.

Just giving a quick update

I'm now at 40.5 inches but haven't been eating enough carbs and protein so I can't seem to ever get past 40.75

Been working out with 30lb weights each hand I only have dumbbells so it's hard to go really heavy cause I can't hold them in my hands too long but that is 60lbs total

I haven't been making much progress using weights so next month ima focus on increasing my calories and doing lots of upper body workouts to see if i can get the fat to just go to my lower body. i'll still do leg workout but just not so intensely.

i hate it when it seems as though my body is just refusing to grow anymore the biggest i ever got was 41 inches but my belly also got to 30inches at that time too soooo...

if i gain any inches next month with my new routine i'll be sure to let yall know i'm getting tired of doing this though gaining fat in the booty is sooooo much easier!

Keep at it! I'm just doing donkey kicks and rubbing all kinds of concoctions on my booty. Im focusing on the fat related approach too. One, fish oil like u did with emu oil since it penetrates so deep, and using a volufiline cream with a phyto estrogen cream to encourage whatever fat storage I can down there, not my belly, which already needs work, but don't stop! Keep going!

hey thanks for the advice on the other thread, i really need to detox, I was wondering what herb did you purchase? How many mg? And what do you do for detoxing besides drinking water?? I know you gotta stay away from sweets and salts...but I'm lostConfused

Your welcome you can take herbs like milk thistle to detox the liver drinking a glass of water with lemon as soon as you wake is also a good detox and yeah like you said not having sweets,salts but also dairy and meat.

I know you don't want to lose weight but if you could do like a 3 day fruit and veggie fast that would be the best

soooo I've just gotten off a 21 day detox which I cut out all meat, sugar and bread it was rough but my tummy is really flat now but I've also now lost an inch off my butt and thighs and about 5lbs. so i'm back on the gain weight and booty train. my new regi is gonna be:

Workout:
3x20 pushups
3x20 tricep dips
3x20 butt bridge
February squat challenge(day 1 starts at 55)
these are all body weight workouts twice a week except the squats which are basically everyday

stomach vaccums daily and saran wrap with coconut oil for smaller waist

Supplements:
2 fenugreek 3xday
1 saw palmetto 3xday
paba, multivitamin, vitamin c,d and fish oil all once a day
high calorie protein shake at night with periactin

i'm also trying to noogle consistently again

my goal now is to have full c/d cups
25 inch waist
24 inch thighs
41 inch booty
