My belly never wants to cooperate. I'm going to keep my regimen of fish oil/krill oil 1-2x daily and a zhi mu emu oil fatty mixture I use as well. I'm recovering from abdominal surgery so I will try heat and sweat wraps and up my water intake while I do. I ordered 40lb dumb bells so I can start to work it as soon as I'm able.

amazing!! you completely motivated me to try this fish oil stuff out. I'll start during the summer though so I wont be going to school smelling all fishy and stuff.

Update:

so after taking a half tab of periactin each night,doing the squat challenge and eating more carbs I now weigh 140lb and my measurements are:

across boobs 36"
stomach 27"
butt 40.25"
thighs 24"

gonna continue my routine with some tweaking but increase ab workouts/stomach vacuums to lose inches on stomach and eat a lot better than I was.

I take 2 fenugreek and 1 saw palmetto 3xday
multivitamin, fish oil, vitamins c,d 1xday

protein shake once a day

My routine for March will be

Supplements:
2fenugreek 1 saw palmetto 3xday
multivitamin, vit c,d,fish oil,paba 1xday
noogle at night with wild yam cream
protein shake post workout/at night

Workout:
3x20 push ups
3x20 tricep dips
3x20 butt bridge
3x50 squats
stomach vacuums as much as possible
20 crunches everday

I haven't been taking it consistently will see how this month goes though and let you know. I though to add it in cause a lot of girls take it along with their bigger breast supplements I think it helps you not to stall in your growth
