I was very emo last night and went of my vegan diet, I went to the Dutchess drive thru and got large french fries, onion rings and a big d chili cheeseburgerDead I can't believe I did that, after I worked out this morning I was like where is that nasty smell coming from then I realized it was my pitsDead
 
I am going to fast today just drinking warm lemon water.

*flush system by drinking lemon water & eating raw fiberous vegetables (carrots, etc)
*when showering, first scrub with baking soda, rinse off, then use your regular soap or shower gel
