Breakfast: Banana Strawberry smoothie (home made)
Lunch: Salmon Sushi (publix) & Doritos
Dinner: ? IDK yet.
(any ideas?)

MIM (Flax meal muffin} with Cream Cheese, sautéed greens and 1 Egg over easy.

I split this up and have the Rasp/Yogurt a few hrs after breakfast.
