Breakfast: fage yogurt with honey (wasn't hungry)
Lunch: rice, meat with tomato sauce and hearts of palm + Trader Joe's garlic potatoes with parmesan sauce
Snack: about 10 cookies + 3 cups of milk
Dinner: same as lunch

Breakfast: Eggs & one of those Dole smoothie shakers
Lunch: Just some rice, wasn't hungry.
Dinner: Lebanese Chicken Shawarma wrap

Between lunch & dinner I had some Red Rageous Mike & Ike's & Milk chocolate covered caramels

I am doing Low Carb

Breakfast 2-Egg Omelette w/Spinach and Baby Bella
Lunch   Miso Soup with Pan Seared Salmon
Dinner   Spinach Salad and Baked Chicken

2-Egg Omelete with 1/2 C combined Tomato, Baby Bellas and onions with slice of Sharp Cheddar. Cooked in CO and Butter.
Had half for Breakfast, and the other for Lunch.
