Breakfast: scrambled eggs with a bit of milk and a cup of milk

Lunch: tomato and hearts of palm salad with some lettuce, balsamic and extra virgin olive vinegar as dressing, and spaghetti with ground meat

Snack: a cup of blended strawberries and oranges with a tablespoon of flaxseed meal

Dinner: same as lunchSmile and a cup of milk

Breakfast: half a cup of milk and two grilled cheese
Snack: a cup of the juices of 2 oranges and some strawberry blended with flaxseed meal
Lunch: pasta with tomato and pesto sauce
Dinner: pizza and a cup of milk.

Have not even had 12 ounces H2O today yet !!! I will be up all night because I have to at drink least 48 ounces H2O before bedtime.
