Breakfast: a cup and a half of the blended juices of 2 oranges and a handful of strawberries with two teaspoons of flaxseed meal + grilled cheese

Lunch: pasta

Dinner: turkey burger with french fries

I may have blown it this evening . Instead of baking my Egg Rolls, I fried them and had 3.
Knowing I am getting close to a Master Cleanse is making me a bit daring.
