Very hungry at Dinner
Had 1 1/2 Avocado, Egg & Tomato Sandwich.

Snacked later on Raw almonds & Cheddar.

When I can eat Meats again I will not buy anymore Nuts or Cheese. Too many calories and not very satisfying.

Did not wake up until 11 a.m , so I guess I had Brunch....
Large Hot and Sour Soup.

I keep forgetting that when I feel hungry, I should first have a glass of water. My nighttime snacking is getting out of hand.

Dinner was 2 Veggie Sushi rolls. I am getting better at rolling them. Have not perfected the Sushi Rice though

Had another leisurely morning, so Brunch again

Avocado, Egg & Tomato sandwich with Ezekiel Bread.
Water with Vit-C powder & MSM powder
Black Coffee(1/2 Caff)

My previous 2 meals kept me feeling a little heavy, so I made Juice for Dinner, also had a couple slices of cheese.

Hope I don't get the 'MUNCHIES' later

Breakfast: a cup of milk, scrambled eggs made with 2 eggs and a bit of milk, and 2 slices of bread
Lunch: pasta with ground meat and tomato sauce
Snack: Annie's organic Chocolate Chip cereal bar and a pouch of Annie's Bunny Fruit Snack
Dinner:.................. a cup of milk and cookiesStern Smile I'm feeling lazy lol
