Lunch
-1 slices of bread 70cal
-1 cup of mixed chicken breast and corn 85cal
Dinner
-1 cup of rice 242cal
- pieces of ox tail 280cal
Snack
-1 cup of mango slices 107calories

Together 994 calories round to 1000cal 
Doing a 1200 cal diet

Having been consuming less than my 1200 cals. Hard to do while I've been eating mostly Fruit & Veggies.
Had mostly Juice with Protein Powder today.

My Snacks got out of hand...
Cheese, Almonds & Sunflower seeds=446 cals

I am close to 1385 Cals and the sun is still shining brightly

So it has been about 6 hrs since my Cheese & Nuts binge, and I was worried about wanting more to eat before bed, but thankfully I am satiated. Guess I was Protein deprived.

I don't count cals here, it's just Fruits & Veggies with Whey Protein powder.

Cannot decide on lunch. Spinach Salad with Eggs or Salmon, and maybe a small Hot & Sour Soup (my fav )

Chewing Gum by the packs !!!   I don't get that. Even doing it in my sleep

Kept it lite for Dinner. Had Soup and 1/2 Avocado.
