Cardio is a great way to burn overall fat. I jump rope and walk but running is also highly recommended.
Lately, I have been wrapping a towel around my waist VERY TIGHTLY and doing pelvic tilts to allign the muscles. I allow my pelvis to guide my head to lift slightly (instead of allowing my head lift to guide my abs...which is wrong). It is hard to describe but the video I posted earlier will give a visual.
