So i stopped taking them. But I do use them for a kick in my libido. I actually stopped taking all booty building stuff and have been concentrating on toning. I felt I was wasting the herb taking it w/ Oxyelite pro(weightloss supplement).
 
But I will pop 2 before a night w/ the fiance. Gives me that extra boost of energy and wetness, LOL. Also still helping me keep my hormones balanced.

Ms.Marcia, I wanted to know how is the Oxyelite working for you? I was reading about and wanted to try but I wasn't sure. I have about 8 to 10lbs that I need to loose.

spirulina is NOT meant for any of those, its an extract of some type of plant. those side effects are from muira puama.

oh i didn't word it right i guess i meant i know spirulina is good to take with the muira puama but can i take a phytoestrogen with it also

I havent been as consistant with my MP either. I noticed I started to feel a little strange after taking it. Like I'd get chest pains or leg pains. It was strange. And I swear I was sicker, I caught the flu once and a cold a total of 3 times. I feel some of this stuff lowers your immune system

OK so yep the wettness is real!!!!!!!!! lol Ive never had a problem but honey these things have you dripping lol. I also have the pulsing sensation in my booty and lower abs thats fine feels like growth to me!! this is week 2 im taking 2Saw Palmetto 3MP and a mutivitamin with iron. I feel like its getting heavier.... IM 36-28-41 (well last week I will measure again sundaySmile
