San Antonio is sloooooow, esp moving from Chicagoland. No real public trans, no diversity. Forget a blues, house or jazz/live music lounge. No Ethiopia . (yeah, that pissed me off). But if you're not from here, you will likely be successful. The native Black folk don't seem to care too much for success. The city is about 7% Black..Medical, IT, Education and military are the strongest career fields here.
This place is "different." It's not horrid, but it's like a whole nother pkanet.
