00 dont you do hair? TX has a great hair market especially if you're in a college/young professional town like Denton. im not sure with your s/o does but the job market is really good in TX and the property is cheap.
you can get a 2000+ square foot house for less than 200,000

I second Frisco!! I love that area, but beware, it is one of the wealthy areas of north Dallas and taxes are higher. Well, everything is a bit higher over there, but it is SUPER nice. I wanna move there too or Addison. Also I would recommend Mckinney, Plano, Addison, Mesquite, Arlington, Grand Prairie, Irving (Las Colinas area), Grapevine, And Cedar Hill/Desoto area.
