Welllllll thinking about really hard. My friend and I ca me up with the idea Sunday. It was between canada, dallas(blah) and a third place. I forgot already. We both have no children and JUST workin we want a change of scenery. So with that being said what are some job sites for canada? What are some booming careers? And any helpful info. We are planning a trip in July/August to visit. We would love to interview or talk to prospects during our visit.

TIA chicas

Do it!
The job field here is pretty steady depending on where you want to live.
I live in Ottawa Ontario and its pretty easy to find a job. The only thing is that most jobs are bilingual. Here's a good site www.charityvillage.com

Late to the party but i'm moving there too by august/september.
I'm going to be in Quebec city (my brother leaves there so that will be helpful to start.)
I'm thinking I'll move with whatever job I find.
How is the job market now? Hearing some people you would think we are at doom's day Confused
This makes it a little scary especially considering my first degree is in architecture. I also have a Msc in Design Management so now I'm trying to look into potential careers not requiring me to take years to get my license.
I'm loving your website btw because I would love to get my foot in this sector

Quebec? I hope you speak French because I have met a French Canadian from there who said they can be huge jerks if you don't speak French. So in those 6-7 months, learn the language, regardless of what your brother says! It will be helpful.

i do speak french, it's my first language
although i don't know about that accent...
and i've found out from a trip in France it doesn't matter if you're the best at it, if  you don't know the local idioms, you're screwed!
so i'm expecting a challenge for the first few months
