I walked 2 miles tonight. I haven't done that in so long because I have asthma, I used my inhaler to walk... smh.

I cant use treadmills, my shins hurt too much. Its beneficial but I cant do more than a 10 min warm up.

I have done a few t25 workouts. I like it. So far it didn't seem as hard on my knees and back as insanity. I also like the shorter length. I think I will mix it in with cardio.

In other news, I'm now down 8lbs...I originally thought that's all I wanted to lose, but I think I can go for another 10 Lol

I'm down 21 pounds. I'm approaching where I left off with my weight loss earlier this year. I am really excited! I have slowly gotten back into working out. I hope by March I will be pretty close to my goal and I can maintain and work on my body to get it looking like I want it to.

can you guys tell me how much your gym memberships are? 

I'm looking into a gym/krav maga place (there are a few other classes as well) and the monthly rate seems excessive.. but idk

1/2 cup of oatmeal for breakfast
 
Lunch is going to be a salad, I want sushi so bad thought. ensalada it is.
