I wonder why moer athletes don't want to be more proportioned.. I see do many lifters with wide shoulders and very narrow hips.

lol

ok, for the time being id say avoid front squats and do back squats every 3rd/4th week

no stiff leg deadlifts neither, standing single leg or seated leg curls, id say dead lifts every 3rd 4th wk too

leg extensions and plenty of them

legs presses (close width)

and running .. i know you hate it but steady state for at least 30-35 mins

lower body work at once a week at most 1.5 times

but i'm going to get it done, none of that hopping ish either just cardio pure...

the main girl would have better control if she looked up or forward instead of down, thus maintaining a good spinal alignment
