Leg days:
*Warmup- run a mile
1.(15 donkey kicks, 30 reps adduction machine, 30 reps abduction machine)repeat circuit again
2. Leg press 12 reps/3 sets (270 lbs) *calves here too*
3. squat 8 -10 reps/4 sets (increase reps with each set)
4. lunges 15 reps/3 -4 sets (with a 50lb bar)
5. hamstrings 15 reps/3 sets
6. stair climber 10 - 15 min....do donkey kicks every 3 min.
