@ Rum and HunnyB... What'd you eat today? I had EVERY intention of starting today. 11g for breakfast then I just realized I had alcohol and noticed I was chewing... chips.

Whoops I did it for a few hours, ill restart tomorrow.

I'm insulin resistant so my doctor has me in metformin and a modified low carb diet. My max is 60 carbs a day but I don't usually get up to 60 a day bc the metformin completely demolished my appetite. I force myself to eat most of the time. I will eventually go up in carbs.

This is a judgment free zone! My tom is around the corner.. I forgot all about the no alcohol, I haven't had any in months. All of a sudden the day I start . I was tipsy so I didn't realize I picked up some chips. I had a hand full and said "oh sh*t.. t'ahh well"
