fitness goals for 2014:
-*appreciate progress no matter how small*
-gain more lower body mass (I'm pushing for 38 inches in the hips/booty..I'm at 37 atm)
-upper body strength and definition
-keep doing stomach vacuums for a stronger core
-work on gaining more flexibility--stretch stretch stretch!!

I literally just googled this about an hour ago but got busy. Is it hard?

You realllly have to be dedicated.........The first week I lost 7 lbs. in the Induction Phase. If you don't commit up to the third week, it won't work and you'll gain the weight back.

You can only have 20 grams of carbs/day...I like Atkins because my body thrives in  minor ketosis, so it works for me.

 
I do well in ketosis as well.
 
Im going to give it a whirl.

everyones different.. 

i know ppl who had to work and work and be consistent for a while before they saw results. 

whereas it doesnt take half as long for me (typically) 
idk if ill be the same since its been a while since i danced.. my muscle memory is probably getting forgetful 
i was in the gym after dancing but yea.. its different.
