I literally just googled this about an hour ago but got busy. Is it hard?

You realllly have to be dedicated.........The first week I lost 7 lbs. in the Induction Phase. If you don't commit up to the third week, it won't work and you'll gain the weight back.

You can only have 20 grams of carbs/day...I like Atkins because my body thrives in  minor ketosis, so it works for me.

Just came from the gym. Slowly getting motivation back. This is day 2 back in the gym and now 17 pounds down. My legs feel like jello and I couldn't get down the stairs to my apt a second ago. I have Zumba tomorrow. Plan to drop 10 more pounds by the end of January. Maybe more bc my weight seems to fall off now without much effort. Just don't want my skin to be flabby bc 17 pounds is a lot since Nov 11.

the snow didn't allow me to go to the gym today.. ggrrr!! i want to get started and slimming my thighs... but i guess i did eat a salad for lunch so the day isn't a total wash.


im petrified of the holidays... i'm not back to where i wanna be yet and I am not used to weighing myself and being 'bigger' due to my increased weight lifting classes. every time i stand on a scale, i just want to go on a week long fast!

my goal is to work out every day over the holidays...i know my diet won't be the best but i still need to get 6 days of something/week
