Called myself hopping back into the groove after about a month of inactivity... Did a quick lil 15 minute circuit with weights...50 weighted squats and Im limping my black ass coming and going smh!! Did about 2 hours of yoga and stretching last night and the boo and I are going for a walk after his nap...sigh! Gotta get these last 40 lbs outta here dammit!

i like my spin classes so far... im hoping it'll make my thighs smaller since they are massive from squats!! will increasin resistance while spinning make my thighs bigger?

20 POUNDS down 10 more to go.I think 150 is the perfect weigh for me I am 5'6" what yall think? My boobs have got smaller but that ok as long I still got some. I will keep exercising and keep the healthy life style track and hopefully keep this weigh off and maintain.
