Back in the gym. For the past 3 weeks I've been going to the gym at least 2 days out the week. I plan to kick it up this week though. Gotta get my stomach back flat.
I want some banging abs and I want toned legs. I'm not happy about the number on the scale, I was told I don't even look the weight I say I am, I just hate seeing the number on the scale.

Gotta get in shape quick they got this wellness program at work where you can get $50 off your health coverage.But the kicker is you have to get a Health screening like everything blood sugar,weigh,height, and BMI and if they decide you at high risk they make you talk to counselor every week to discuss how you gone get in better shape.
