My goal fitness ftw. Just to work it back into my life like I used to. I was at my healthiest and skinniest when I had no red meat what so ever. Buck o five. Not aiming for that skinny. Just healthy. Pinning recipes, reading and making time no excuses.

all the women who use the squat rack at the chain gym i workout at on sundays have better form and strength than 97% of the guys who squat

CryYo psychic ass! I was moving like an old woman yesterday because my muscles were strained. Sitting down and standing up are now challenging activities lol. I will stick to running/bike for a while and hold off on weights until I am healed.

CC and afro (anyone feel free to chime in) what do you do for doms? Is this where the protein after workout helps? I don't relish that that old lady crab walk..lol

I'm new to this kinda pain due to weights so take any advice I have to give with a big ol grain of salt.LOL

I tried stretching, hot shower, acetaminophen and protein (skim milk & chicken breast) after my workout but tbh, I just overdid it.
