Did weights/core today. The football players in the gym helped me and a friend out.

Working out is hard work but I am seeing results and it is making me feel better. Eating healthy is really not bad at all it is actually delicious and it is not as expensive as some people make it. Plan to continue to eat healthy and keep exercising and by summer be sexier then ever I can not wait.

Well have lost 11 pounds of the weight I have gained back 3 weeks ago.. Trying for 5 more this year.. Lol! Now that my insulin resistance is being worked on my weight is falling off without doing much. I must get in the habit of working out again. I see myself back to where I was by the end of January. Then 30 more pounds and I will be done.

I'm thinking of getting one of those corset things for the gym. I see those girls wearing them on instagram say they're waist training but they don't lose any weight or inches or workout. Does anyone have experience with them?

Not too sore today. My tummy feels sore but that's okay. I have the urge to go running in the next few days and I think I'll follow thru this time.Cry

A real real corset or shapewear? Real corset for proper waist training shifting organs and thing. The longer you wear shapewear for the longer you keep the temporary shape after . I'm talking hours. 

 BHM was Squeem Rubber vest central back in the day and i recall a few members saying they wore theirs to the gym (maybe rummie and glam?)

I've worn my vedette to the gym and could barely move my middle in the dancehall classOuch but my wining was oh so cute and dainty.  it helped with posture and my back pain and man did i sweat in that thing! It was lovely when i took it off shape like WHOA
