I went up in weight on the squat rack....I can do 60lbs. on each side....that's the most 've ever done

If you have a big and fluffy (soft) butt, will squats make it smaller but firmer, and actually (and/or firmer)?

building up that gluteus muscle will make it stick out further.. although it will tone it. but it will be for the best 9/10. maybe not immediately but eventually.. trust…

true, which is why I do them sparingly. I'm a pear... usually lol. I did the butt workout app on my phone Sunday and was gonna post before pics in the squat challenge thread smh my lower body is already too big, I didn't want them running me outta body types which pitch forks. I actually wanna look leaner.

I went on a 2 mile walk last night... couldn't breathe. My sinuses are done. Huffin, puffin and coughin the whole way. I need my inhaler when my allergies are like this. I need to workout my I cant breathe. I cant even move my face.
