My friend wanted me to wait for her. She has an entrance exam for dental school so it won't be for another 2 weeks lol.

But I have been doing my regular sprint workouts on the treadmill.
I should post pics. I haven't lost any weight and I'm skinnier than I was in high school.

stretching & icing
what kind of sneakers do you have?

if you don't run regularly, stretch after 5 min of running, it's best to stretch when your muscles are warm
try walk/running workouts to work your way up to running

if you don't like treadmills just walk 2min then run 1 min for as long as you can
